Job Description

We are looking for an experienced sales leader to establish and grow our platform. You will be responsible for setting weekly and monthly sales targets, training new staff, designing and implementing telesales strategies, monitoring the performance of the sales team, and handling escalated customer complaints.

To ensure success, you should have experience with telesales, advanced managerial skills, and the ability to multitask. A top-notch telesales manager provides strong guidance and assistance to the sales team, ultimately boosting company sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and meet up with businesses to grab potential clients.
  • Meeting with the Developers to meet the sales goal
  • Generate sales and contact with businesses to set up meetings
  • Implementing sales strategies.
  • Maintaining customer relationships.
  • Handling escalated customer complaints.

Requirements

  • Experience in telesales preferred.
  • Strong managerial and sales skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to write and present reports.
  • Strong organizational skills.

Benefits

On each successful project delivery, 10-20% commission is based on the value. Note that there isn't any FIXED Salary for this post. You can work remotely and manage businesses from home.
